Do You Need a Travel Itinerary and why a Travel Itinerary is Important for Your Trip?

If you are travelling without an itinerary, you may not know what to do. But if you have an itinerary and are clear about your next destination, it can help you find an alternative route. You can also build in a backup plan when planning an itinerary, should something change during your travel.

Why a Travel Itinerary is important for your trip?

5 Reasons why having a Travel Itinerary is Important

Traveling is not as simple as choosing a destination and booking your plane ticket and accommodations. So why there are people who makes traveling look like a piece of cake? They can fly in and out without any major hitches. These travelers have one secret; they all have a travel itinerary.

Here are five reasons why a travel itinerary is as important as choosing where to go and where to stay. It can actually make or break your trip!

Maximize your time. Travel itineraries ensure that you can manage your time. A travel itinerary must include your travel time to certain numerous attractions with a leeway for unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions and traffic. This might affect your plans but with a travel itinerary on hand, you can be more flexible. Thus, time is not wasted.

Manage your expenditures. If you have a travel itinerary, you can estimate the cost of your travel beforehand. Knowing how much you are going to spend makes it easier to plan your budget.

Easier and faster travel from one point to another. Although the internet make it look easy to go from one place to another, reality is different. You must remember you cannot see all the sights, so you must either visit attractions that are near each other, or travel in one direction.

Helps in prioritizing your wants. You cannot visit all the attractions in just a few days especially in countries where there are numerous attractions. An itinerary will help you prioritize the attractions, so you do not miss on what you really want to see.

Trip essentials are not forgotten. A travel itinerary must include the necessary essentials you will need when traveling. If you are traveling to multiple places, your itinerary must include what to bring, clothes to wear, medicines that must be on hand, and emergency numbers such as hospitals, embassy, and police stations.

Although travel itineraries can be done by using the information that can be found in the internet, it is best that you consult a travel agent who can provide you with pertinent information, book your travel needs with ease, make sure that everything is in order, and ensure a hassle-free vacation.

We recommend Schengen Visa Itinerary where you can get support for most of your visa requirements such as flight itineraries, hotel reservations along with free consultation over email. Its services are cheap and genuine, and many people claim it has helped them a lot.

What Is a Flight/Travel Itinerary and How to Get Flight Itinerary Without Paying the Actual Ticket Flight?

A Flight or a Travel Itinerary for Visa Application, as aforesaid, is not an actual air ticket that you spend money for without ensuring that your Schengen Visa will not be denied. A travel itinerary for a Schengen visa is not much more than a document of a detailed plan of your flight or travel journey to the Schengen Area. In fact, it is only a flight timetable on the chosen flight airline, comprised of a flight name, your name, a valid flight reservation number or booking ID, arrival and departure date and airport IATA codes, as well as the price of a real Flight Ticket.

Thus, fulfilling the requirement of the Embassy or Consulate when striving to get a Schengen Visa with a Flight Itinerary or a Flight Reservation is the greatest and cheapest option! In such a case, you are not actually risking your entire money since you do not buy the actual Air Ticket for Visa.

A good itinerary allows clients to maximise the time they have away. By ensuring each small detail is included in the document, there will be no time wasted travelling between places, activities, or accommodations. This will this show a realistic view of how much can fit into each day and manage expectations.

How to Get Flight Itinerary Without Paying the Actual Ticket Flight?

Getting a Confirmed Flight Itinerary and a Flight Reservation for your visa application is not something that it can always be done completely free of charge. It is normal to get charged with a symbolic amount of money for getting your confirmation over your Flight or Travel Itinerary. Few air companies might do this for free by not charging you anything until you buy the actual Flight Ticket. Anyways, searching online for companies with such offers as Dummy Flight Itinerary can be time-consuming, which might even result in not finding one at the end.

In its place, you can also use the visa consultation services of a travel agent or find one online like Schengen Visa Itinerary. The guys from Schengen Visa Itinerary can handle most of your visa requirements, such as Flight/Travel Itineraries, Hotel Reservations and Travel Insurance along with free consultation over email.

How to Verify and Confirm Your Flight Reservation or Flight Itinerary for Visa Application?

Some of the most commonly asked questions from our customers are:

How do I verify my flight reservation and Is it a confirmed booking and for real?

Don’t worry, we have you covered here! All our flight itineraries come with a unique 6 character PNR code that you can use to verify the reservations easily and quickly on the airlines website.

WHY YOU SHOULD BUY RESERVATIONS AND NOT PURCHASE TICKETS?

“Should I buy an airline ticket before the appointment? We recommend that you do not purchase travel tickets until your visa has been approved. On the other hand, you may provide us with a reservation, a planned itinerary or an online printout of a roundtrip ticket.”

Flight reservations that we provide are verifiable directly on the airlines website and are typically valid for 2 weeks, however, depending on the airline policies and sometimes due to over-booking etc., the reservations may get auto cancelled. Also, hotel reservations are verifiable by calling hotels directly. But not to worry, this is perfectly fine and you may not have any issues during your visa process as you have made flight reservations with the airlines (s) and also have shown your true intent of travel along with the tentative accommodation plan. In case your confirmed itinerary expires, the immigration officer doesn’t reject your visa just due to this reason. The officer will ask you to re-submit a confirmed itinerary. When such an issue arises and you want us to recreate a new reservation or update the existing reservation, we will be happy to create one immediately within minutes for you at no additional cost!

We take care of all cancellations for FREE for you so that you can have peace of mind!

These are the steps you can follow to verify your reservation step by step:

STEP 1: Open any airlines website. For ex: https://www.schengenvisaitinerary.com/. Click on Plan and Book.

STEP 2:

Under My trip section, enter the 6 character PNR code along with your last name or family name.

STEP 3:

You can see your trip details along with your name. That’s it! This is all you need for your visa purposes.

That’s easy right. So what are you waiting for? Connect with us so we can help you purchase a Flight Reservation for Visa, and also support you in obtaining a Hotel Reservation for Visa and Travel Insurance for Visa as per your requirement. Don’t let that long-awaited Euro dream die off because of trivial visa issues!

What to look for while buying dummy tickets and Are Dummy Flight tickets accepted in Schengen Visa Applications?

From where you get these dummy tickets, you have to first know how these tickets hold period works. These dummy tickets are basically reserved and hold by the authorized travel agents. The official processing time for a Schengen visa is usually 14-15 business days, so ideally the hold time for these tickets should minimum of 2 weeks from the date they are processed in the system.

However, there could be many agents who can hold it for a small period only such as 1 -2 days or sometimes 3 and they automatically get cancel within the system. (You must have seen this while booking air tickets online either by airlines or sometimes by third-party portals). Most of such customer buying these tickets have little or no idea about the impact it may cause on their visa application and by the time a visa officer checks their applications and wishes to check the validity of the reservation, the PNR or the Reservation Code may not work by that time and can cause suspicion especially for first time travelers.

Most people do such mistakes that in order to spend less money on visa assistance services provide by travel agents providing super cheap mouth-watering prices, they go for buying such tickets and end up getting visa rejections. What they don’t understand is they end up wasting more money on the embassy and VFS fees all total.

You may by this time also probably think, that you may have come across other people who too have bought and used such cheap services and even got breakthrough for visa approvals. Well in simple terms some people get lucky, because mostly visa officer is already convinced by either their strong travel history, or strong financials or simply official strong reasons to return to home country. In such cases, they sometimes don’t care to check the authenticity of such tickets. But, first time travelers can’t simply afford to take such risk!

To make a Dummy Flight ticket without paying the price you could use the services of Schengen Visa Itinerary. We also offer Hotel Reservation and affordable Travel Insurance to complete your visa requirements.

Are Dummy Flight tickets accepted in Schengen Visa Applications?

Yes, Dummy flight tickets are officially accepted for Schengen visa application, however, some countries within Schengen zone where you are applying your visa, may require you to furnish actual flight confirmed reservation, so it is very important to select the right Flight Itinerary and right embassy at the same time.

How can you check difference between Dummy flight tickets and fake flight tickets?

A dummy flight ticket is basically a temporary hold ticket with a valid PNR & Reservation code (which can be verified by embassy) while a fake flight ticket does not have either nor an e-ticket number.

Travel Visa Insurance is a must when applying for a Schengen Visa

 Schengen Travel Visa Insurance

When visiting Europe, travellers should be able to handle and financially cover medical services in case of an accident, injury or any other sudden event.

To take care of unexpected expenses that arise while travelling, having travel insurance has been proven to help travellers with financial support and comfort to continue their travel journey without worries for their travel Itineraries.

Schengen Visa Insurance Requirements

Medical insurance for Schengen visa must meet the following criteria:

Minimum coverage of at least 30,000 EUR (equivalent to 34,000 USD).

It should cover all member states of the Schengen Area.

Cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent health attention and/or emergency hospital treatment or death.

Two travel insurance companies Europe Assistance and AXA provide the mandatory insurance certificate required when applying for a Schengen visa.

Even though travel health insurance is worth having for all travellers to Europe, not everyone is required to have it. Travel insurance policy is a mandatory requirement only for travellers who need to apply for a Schengen visa. This group of travellers is always required to have the needed coverage for the entire period of their stay in Europe, regardless if they go there for business, tourism, studying, holidays, or for other reasons.

Foreign travellers visiting Europe who enjoy visa-free travel to the Schengen zone can get their preferred travel insurance policy if they want to and while it is highly recommended – they are not required to.

Travel Insurance plans like: Schengen Plus from Europe Assistance and Europe Travel from AXA not only provide the mandatory insurance certificate needed for  Schengen visa but, also offer an extended coverage wherever you travel in the Schengen area or in the EU. The countries covered include the Schengen area, plus EU countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Cyprus, Ireland, as well as the U.K.

Travel Visa Insurance is a must when applying for a Schengen Visa

Extract from “Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009”, which entered into force on April 5 of 2010:

“… Applicants for a uniform visa for one or two entries shall prove that they are in possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance to cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and/or emergency hospital treatment or death, during their stay(s) on the territory of the Member States.

The insurance shall be valid throughout the territory of the Schengen Area Member States and cover the entire period of the person’s intended stay or transit. The minimum coverage shall be EUR 30,000” (…).

Is a Flight Reservation Expensive and Explain about flight Reservation for Schengen Visa?

There is a common misconception that a flight reservation for Schengen visa is expensive. It will only be expensive if you purchase the roundtrip ticket prior to receiving your visa approval, which in truth is such a great risk. What if you are not granted a visa? What will you do with the confirmed ticket?

To solve this dilemma, we offer an affordable service which can give a confirmed flight reservation (Flight Itinerary) document without having to pay for the actual flight fare. For just a fraction of the real airfare, the document you will receive is actually verifiable and totally valid. How is this possible? We have partnered with several legitimate travel agencies that can give confirmed bookings without the need of paying for the full amount. You can actually check the legitimacy of the confirmed flight reservation document that you will receive from us. Just go to the airlines’ website and type in the reservation code on your document and you will see your name together with the flight details.

Will the Schengen Member Embassy allow an unpaid Flight Reservation?

The answer to this question is a definite YES! These embassies even vehemently suggest not to purchase a ticket not unless you are granted a visa. What they need to see is just your proposed itinerary and to know your intent of leaving after your short-term visit. You can even read the French embassy’s advisory of not buying a plane or train ticket on the 8th bullet point for yourself.

How to obtain a Flight Reservation?

Our thrust is to be able to deliver visa application documents that is hassle-free to our clients. All transactions can be done at the comforts of your home or office. All you need to do is visit our website Schengen Travel and click on the flight itinerary tab or button. Choose between the 24 hours delivery time or the 6 hours expedited delivery time and then type in your full name (as it appears in your passport and billing account), your phone number, the number of passengers, the Schengen embassy you are applying from, and your targeted travel dates. Once you have filled out all necessary items, just click on the Pay Now tab.

Is the Website Legitimate and Secure?

If you are having hesitations with regard to paying online without having to talk to one of our representatives personally, then you need to let go of your fears. Our company is 100% legitimate and authentic.

First of all, your payment is coursed through another legitimate company – PayPal, which proves to you that our company is recognized by them. This will appear on your PayPal account page as well as your credit card billing statement.

What Can I Submit as Proof of Accommodation?

The embassy or consulate that you have to apply at in order to get a visa to your destination country, may require from you for either proof of accommodation, certificate of accommodation, letter of accommodation or hotel confirmation letter.

However complicated that it might seem, all of the above-mentioned serve for the same purpose: as evidence that you have a place where to sleep during your stay in your destination country.

This proof/certificate/letter can either be a:

           Hotel booking,

Host invitation – if you are planning to stay over at friends or family    members/relatives,

Confirmation by an organized tour operator or holiday tours, or

           Rental agreement / contract.

Though most of the countries will require you to submit proof of accommodation, especially in the old continent of Europe, in many other countries you will only have to show Means of Subsistence. Which means you will have to show proof, like a bank statement, that proves you have enough money to financially maintain yourself during your trip, including the stay at the hotel/hostel/guest house.

Hotel Reservation

If you are planning to stay at a hotel in your destination country then you will have to submit proof of the hotel booking, which usually is a ‘hotel confirmation letter’ which is also known as hotel itinerary for Schengen visa application. This means that after you book a room/suite, the hotel will issue you a letter which confirms it.

This letter must contain the following information:

           your full name

           your entry and exit dates

           hotel address

hotel contact details as phone number, email, etc.

           a valid hotel reservation code

Every embassy or consulate advises its applicants to make a hotel reservation at a hotel that will fully refund your expenses in case of visa rejection or delay. If you cannot find one like that, then try to find the cheapest hotel reservation. That is because if you book a room at a hotel that does not refund you in case of visa application rejection or delay, then you will lose your money.

You can also submit dummy hotel booking as proof of accommodation. Although this method may sometimes be referred to as a fake hotel reservation, this is by no means a fake booking. It’s just a booking without paying the price before the approval of the visa application.

To make a hotel booking without paying the price you could use the services of Schengen Visa Itinerary.

How to Plan your travel itinerary to your trip for the Schengen Visa?

Plan your travel itinerary accordingly.

What is your budget? When is the cheapest time to visit Europe? Where do you want to go? Do you want to experience winter, summer, spring or fall?

Your first step in travel planning is to choose a travel destination that meets your interests and the B – budget, budget, budget. Yes, your travel budget. The whole idea of taking this one in a bucket list vacation trip is to have a memorable time, enjoyable and fun without worrying about cash in your entire vacation. Please don’t go into debt for the love of travels. The weather and crowds play an important role when you plan to your trip. Research first, the year is divided into three seasons: peak season (roughly mid-June through August), shoulder season (April through mid-June and September through October), and off-season (November through March), each has its pros and cons.

In which country you need to apply for visa.

One of the most common questions asked is where to submit the visa application.

You must submit your application for a Schengen visa at the Consulate of the country that you intend to visit, or – if you intend to visit more than one Schengen State, the Consulate of the country of your primary destination (i.e. main purpose of stay or longest stay).

If you intend to visit several Schengen States and the stays will be of equal length, you must apply at the Consulate of the country you will cross first when entering the Schengen area.

Scenario 1 – You wanted to travel to Europe and see France and Spain; your itinerary plan was 3 days in Paris and five days in Barcelona. You need to apply in the Embassy of the country in which you will stay the longest (counting by night spent). In this case, you need to go to Spain Embassy.

Scenario 2 – You wanted to visit four days in Paris and four days in Barcelona. You need to apply in the first country of entry since the number of stays is the same.

Gather all documents required and make photocopies.

Always check the main website and the requirements they need. Each country may have the same but different conditions.

For standard applications, you need to download Schengen visa application form online, duly filled (in capitals) and signed. The application form has the same format no matter which country’s visa it is that the applicant wants to apply for. However, the required documents are different in each state – please verify with the relevant consular authority.

What is not covered under Travel Insurance and Why do you need travel insurance for a Schengen visa?

There are certain things that are not covered by travel insurance and you need to know what they are. When you are considering which policy to buy, you must take note of these exclusions. In addition, the terms and conditions regarding any exclusions may vary between insurance companies, so it’s advisable to check thoroughly before purchasing the policy. If these are not covered, you may wish to consider taking additional cover to ensure you are fully protected.

1.         Pre-existing conditions such as asthma or diabetes

2.         Any sports which are deemed as high-risk such as skiing or scuba diving

3.         Travel to high-risk countries where there could be war, natural disasters or terrorism

4.         Acute onset of pre-existing conditions. This means a sudden or unexpected outbreak or recurrence of a pre-existing condition which occurs spontaneously and without advance warning either by a physician’s recommendation or by symptoms, is of short duration, is rapidly progressive and requires immediate care

Why do you need travel insurance for a Schengen visa?

There are many reasons why you need travel insurance for a Schengen visa, but here are just a few.
1) Health emergencies

Travel insurance ensures that any health emergencies are taken care of during your travel. These could range from having an accident to falling sick and requiring medical attention. If this were to happen, you may be looking at expensive medical bills. Not only that, some countries might not even give you access to medical help if you do not have travel insurance. In addition, each country’s health system is different, for example, some hospitals provide their ambulance services through a private company, so you would be expected to pay for that.

2) Travel delays

It may have never happened to you before and the likelihood is small, but lost luggage, cancelled or delayed flights do happen which could seriously affect your trip, so this is another reason why travel insurance is so important.

3) Schengen Visa

If you are applying for a Schengen visa, you must provide proof of adequate travel insurance. Without this, there is really no point in applying because it is a mandatory requirement for all visa applicants. It is one of the most important documents that needs to be submitted to the embassy when you apply for your SchengenVisa.
