• Have
a valid visa which is issued by a Schengen state/EU or member of EEA state,
Japan/Canada or the United States.
• Having
a residence permit issued by an EU/member of EEA state/ Canada/ Japan/ the
United States/ Republic of San Marino or the Principality of Andorra.
• Have
a passport which is diplomatic.
• A
family member of an EEA or EU or Swiss citizen.
• A
flight crew member of a nationals contracting party to the Chicago Convention
on International Civil Aviation.
