How can I get a verifiable hotel reservation without advance payment for a visa?

You can obtain verifiable and legitimate hotel reservations without paying in advance by using platforms and methods that offer “Book Now, Pay Later” or “Free Cancellation” options. These options are real, valid, and safe for visa applications—significantly better than risky dummy bookings.

The following are the most effective methods:

1. Booking Directly with Hotels

Many hotels offer free cancellation policies, allowing travellers to reserve a room and cancel it later if necessary.

2. Booking Through an Airline

Some airlines offer temporary hotel reservations, but these often expire within 24 hours, which is insufficient for visa processing (typically 7–15 days).

3. Online Platforms or Travel Agencies: This option is the most reliable, as it provides a verifiable reservation without requiring full payment up front.

Many professional travel agencies or verified online platforms, such as Schengen Visa Itinerary, specialize in providing dummy hotel bookings for visa purposes. These services generate valid booking confirmations without requiring full payment. These agencies collaborate with multiple hotel partners and can generate bookings quickly, making them a preferred option for travelers in urgent need of accommodation proof.

The entire process of booking your hotel for a visa is straightforward and involves only a few simple steps:

1. Visit the Schengen Visa Itinerary website.

2. Select the “Hotel Booking Plan Only” product.

3. Complete the required fields with your personal information and intended period of stay.

4. Proceed with the online payment.

5. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing all the details of your hotel reservation.

6. Print the email and present it to the diplomatic office during your scheduled visa interview.

These services also provide flight reservations and travel insurance to help you complete your visa requirements.

If you still have questions or need professional assistance with hotel reservations for your visa application, you can contact the team at Schengen Visa Itinerary for guidance and support.

What is a flight ticket, and why do embassies and consulates require it for visa applications?

A flight ticket (or airline ticket) is a document issued by an airline or travel agency that confirms an individual has booked and/or paid for a seat on a flight.

A flight ticket typically contains the following information:

•         Traveler’s full name

•         Airline name and flight number

•         Flight reservation number or booking reference (PNR)

•         Departure and arrival dates

•         Airport codes (IATA codes) for departure and arrival locations

•         Ticket price

•         Details of any connecting flights (if applicable)

why do embassies and consulates require it for visa applications?

Most embassies and consulates around the world do not require visa applicants to book a flight ticket, as they understand that in the case of visa rejection, the applicant would inevitably lose their money. They even specify in the list of required documents for a visa application that applicants are not required to purchase the tickets, but only to reserve the flight.

Only after obtaining your visa may, you purchase the reserved ticket or cancel it and buy another for more convenient dates, within the validity period of your visa. However, exceptions may occur where embassies or consulates require you to purchase a round-trip flight ticket before the visa interview.

The key reasons for this requirement include:

As proof that you will not overstay

The main reason embassies or consulates request proof of a round-trip flight reservation is to ensure that you will not overstay your visa and will return to your home country before it expires. Since a round-trip reservation shows both departure from and arrival in your home country, it serves as convincing evidence of your intention to return. This means you must book a round-trip flight reservation; otherwise, it would be meaningless.

However, this does not guarantee that the embassy or consulate will issue you a visa. You must also submit additional documents alongside the flight itinerary, so it is important to ensure their accuracy as well.

Determining the length of the visa

Another reason is to determine the length of your visa. The officials at the embassy or consulate where you are applying will determine the length of your visa based on your flight itinerary, allowing you to stay in your destination country for the required duration.

Determining which embassy, you should apply to

The consular officer also wants to ensure that you are applying at the correct embassy, especially if you plan to visit more than one country. For example, if you are applying for a ten-day short-stay Schengen visa and plan to spend seven days in France and three in Germany, you must apply for a French Schengen visa at the French embassy or consulate in your home country. However, if you plan to spend five days in France and five in Germany, you must apply at the embassy of the country where you will first arrive.

Additionally, if you are seeking a trustworthy and verifiable flight ticket or flight reservation provider, consider trying Schengen Visa Itinerary, which specializes in handling visa requirements, including hotel reservation and Travel insurance. The company offers affordable options and provides free consultations via email to guide applicants through the process.

If you still have questions or need professional assistance with reserving your flight and applying for a visa, please feel free to contact us.

What is the use of Flight Reservation for Schengen Visa and how can you Reserve a Flight without risking the Money by Making the Full Payment?

A Flight Reservation for Schengen Visa or a Booked Flight Ticket is, in fact, a document showing that you have a reserved seat for flying on a specific date, in a particular destination of the Schengen Area, with a specific airline company.

When you apply for, let us say Schengen visa, the embassy or consulate will ask for proof of a return flight. This is to ensure that you are planning to return to your home country and that you will not stay illegally in the country you are visiting.

This requirement for a flight reservation is necessary for your visa application to be processed. Without one, your application could be rejected.

But, imagine having to buy a flight ticket for your visa application and then it gets rejected. You would be left with a flight ticket, which you cannot use, and a massive hole in your wallet! However, there is a way around this situation. Instead of directly purchasing a flight ticket, get a flight reservation for your visa application. There are a few reasons why you should do this:

1.       You will have the required document for your application

2.       You will not have to fork out hundreds of dollars first

3.       The flight reservation will give all the information that the embassy requires

4.       You will have flexibility to book a flight once your visa gets approved or cancel the reservation if your visa is rejected

5.       If the visa application takes longer to process, you are able to change the dates of travel

6.       In the event of your visa application being rejected, you may not get a full refund from the airline

How can you reserve a flight without risking the money by making the full payment?

You can buy a Confirmation of a Flight Reservation directly from the airline company or through online travel agents, also known as online search travel engines Like Schengen Visa Itinerary. These travel agents enjoy a lot of information about different airline companies and the online markets in general. Thus, they can offer you great and cheap deals by charging you Small amount of money. This way, you will cut the risk of buying a real Airline ticket before knowing if you will obtain your Schengen Visa.

Getting a Flight Itinerary with a Booking number without paying the full price for the flight ticket is simple:

·        Go to Schengen Visa Itinerary

·        Choose the right travelling package (Flight Reservation, Hotel Reservation and Travel Insurance) for you,

·        Submit your flight details and proceed with the payment,

·        You will receive an email with all the details of your flight reservation.

What is Confirmed Reservation Flight and why do Consulates or Embassies Require Proof of a Confirmed Reservation?

Confirmed: The reservation has been successfully booked and accepted by the airline and a space has been reserved on the flight for the traveler. Payment for this reservation may or may not have been processed while a booking is in this status.

You can easily get confirmed flight itinerary and/or flight reservation for visa application by paying small amount to trusted online visa agency. You cannot get this service free as the price paid for flight itinerary is worth for getting your visa approval.

Additionally, if you are looking for trustworthy and verifiable flight itinerary provider then give it a try Schengen Visa Itinerary. They are offering Flight Reservation for visa, Hotel Booking at your destinations and Travel Insurance for any Schengen visa country.

Why do consulates or embassies require proof of a confirmed reservation?

There are several reasons why Schengen countries have adopted this policy. These include:

To prevent people from overstaying their visas – The most important reason why Schengen countries try to control the duration of your stay is to make sure that you will not outstay your welcome. If they did not require proof of a valid return ticket, it could easily happen that visa applicants stay longer than allowed. Requiring them to show a valid return ticket serves as somewhat of a deterrent.

To determine for which period the Schengen visa should be issued – The consulate or embassy often uses the arrival and departure dates mentioned in the flight tickets that you provided to determine the duration for which they will issue your Schengen visa. Once again, we cannot stress enough how important it is that the dates on your approved flight ticket should match the dates in your application form and travel itinerary. Any discrepancies here will at the very least result in administrative hassles but they could also cause your visa application to be rejected.

To make sure the applicant is not applying at the wrong consulate or embassy – The country where you should apply for a Schengen visa is determined by your travel itinerary. There are certain rules to follow here that are discussed in more detail below.

If you will only be visiting one Schengen country, you should obviously apply for your visa at one of their consulates or embassies. If you plan to travel to more than one country in the Schengen area, however, you should apply at the consulate or embassy of the country where you will be spending the longest period of time. If you will be spending an equal amount of time in more than one Schengen country, you have to apply for your visa at a consulate or embassy of the country where you will first arrive in the Schengen area.

Can We Make a Dummy Hotel Reservation? And When Do We Have to Pay the Whole Amount of Money for The Accommodation?

If you have some basic research and photoshopping skills, you can find online tons of hotel reservation templates and edit them to fit your stay dates in the Schengen Area and details.

In addition, you may find online services or a fake hotel reservation generator that offers you free Dummy Hotel Reservations or very cheap ones, so you do not risk losing money in case your visa application is rejected.

They look genuine and save you a lot of money if you intend to, i.e. sleep in your car or camp outside.

If the consular officers find out that you provided a fake document, you will face quite some consequences, including:

Your visa application will be automatically rejected.

You will lose all the money you spend on visa fees, obtaining other documents, and Flight Reservations (if they weren’t fake too).

You will risk your future applications to the Schengen area, as you will be registered in the Schengen databases as a person who provided false information to the Schengen authorities.

Even if you get a visa to the Schengen territory in the future, you have higher chances than other people to be rejected from entering at any of the Schengen ports of entry.

Therefore, carefully think about your situation and evaluate whether it is better to risk losing a bit of money by providing a real hotel reservation or risk facing the consequences listed above by submitting a fake hotel reservation or one obtained from a fake hotel reservation generator.

When Do I Have to Pay the Whole Amount of Money for My Accommodation?

When booking through online Hotel Booking agencies such as Schengen Visa Itinerary, you will not be charged with the whole amount of financial obligation or for the whole days of your stay. Meaning that you will be only charged with a deposit for the reservation fee by the hotel where you choose to make your booking for a visa application.

If you get awarded a visa, you will be paying the entire fee for the duration of your stay in the hotel once you check in or check out at the hotel. However, the hotel will reimburse the sum of money you credited for the booking when you pay your hotel.

What is a Flight Booking or Flight Booking mean?

A flight booking is a document that shows that you have booked a place on an airline to travel at a future date. It specifies your departure and return dates, and any connecting flights, if applicable. You must submit a flight booking regardless of the purpose of the visit. You can make a flight reservation either by yourself or through an agent.

Article 14(d) of the Visa Code states that an applicant shall present information enabling an assessment of their intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa. And Annex II B (1) of the Visa Code lists “reservation of or return or round ticket (Round trip Reservation)” as one of the documentations that may be submitted in proof of intention to return. A flight booking is, therefore, a key documentary requirement for a Schengen visa. You must consider this information when making a flight reservation either by yourself or through an agent:

• The document must specify your name;

• It must clearly show your arrival and departure dates and times;

• It must show the flight name and a valid reservation number;

• It must show details of any connecting flights;

• It is must show a return reservation. A one-way reservation will not meet the requirement.

• Your travel dates must be consistent with the dates on your visa application form or other supporting document. If there are discrepancies, this may lead to a refusal;

• Do not buy a ticket unless the Embassy specifically requests you to do so.

Conclusion

A Schengen visa is generally a documentary application. However, it is not sufficient to provide documentation merely because they are required. Keeping these details in mind may save you time and unnecessary expense that may result from a refusal.

How Does the Schengen Visa Travel Insurance Work?

Travel insurance is a safety net that you can purchase to help you protect your travel investment in case of unexpected events that have a negative impact on your travel plans. It works quite similarly to other insurance policies in the following ways:

1.       Purchase travel insurance before anything actually happens to disrupt your trip. Once the event has occurred, like an act of terrorism, illness or severe weather, you can no longer purchase a plan to cover that or any related events.

2.       Read the chosen plan carefully before buying it. You’ll want to understand exactly what your insurance company will cover and what they won’t.

3.       Provide documentation of your issue while filing a claim. This documentation could be a medical bill, statement from the airline (about your Flight Itinerary) or a flight schedule depending on the situation.

4.       Pay your own costs up-front (most likely). Travel insurance primarily works in a reimbursement structure. You will get reimbursed from the travel insurance company if they approve your claim.

Travel insurance is available for a wide variety of concerns, from delays or cancellation of your trip to medical and evacuation services. Frequently, travellers who are looking for plans end up buying comprehensive travel insurance plans. The right comprehensive plan can provide coverage for a number of things and will include varying levels of coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, some baggage loss and medical emergencies. Some will also offer additional or optional coverage such as a waiver of pre-existing conditions, accidental death or the Cancel for Any Reason benefit.

What are the Types of Flight Itinerary for Schengen Visa Application?

In layman term, “It is a verifiable document issued by an airline, travel agency or an online service provider to confirm that visa applicant has booked/paid for a flight seat on an aircraft.”

Technically speaking, “A Flight Itinerary for visa application is the proposed route of an airline information such as flight name, departure/arrival timings along with dates, flight code, departure/arrival airport IATA codes (Ex: FRA is IATA code for Germany’s Frankfurt International Airport, BLR for India’s Kempegowda International Airport and LCY for Britain’s London City Airport) and flight reservation/booking numbers.”

Flight Itinerary is further classified into two categories:

•        One-way or Open Flight Itinerary

•        Roundtrip Flight Itinerary

One-way or Open Flight Itinerary

A One-way or Open Flight Itinerary contains details of the applicant’s entrance into the host nation. It does not mention the date of departure.

In the expert’s opinion, the aforesaid itinerary is not the right choice for a visa application. As it stirs suspicions—in the minds of the staffers at the diplomatic offices—that the applicant might overstay in the country or extend his stay illegally. Thus, a one-way Flight Itinerary leaves a negative impression on the minds of the staffers at the corresponding embassy or consulate that the applicant has no intention whatsoever to return back to his/her home country.

Roundtrip Flight Itinerary

It illustrates the dates of both your arrival in and departure from the host nation. The aforesaid itinerary gives satisfaction to staffers at the embassy or consulate that applicant does not have intentions to extend his/her stay in the host nation and will leave the country as soon as possible, once his/her visit is completed.

It also helps visa officials to determine the number of days that the applicant will spend in the host nation. They arrive on aforesaid conclusion on the basis of applicant’s arrival and departure dates mentioned on the roundtrip flight itinerary. In simple words, a roundtrip flight itinerary helps visa officials in determining the duration and validity of the visa.

Besides, the document also helps visa officials to determine whether the applicant has arrived at the accurate embassy or not.

Let us explain it to you with a simple example of the Schengen Area.

A Schengen Visa allows its holder to visit as many as 26 countries. Now the question emanates that if the applicant wants to travel to more than one Schengen Country, in which embassy he/she should apply?

In that scenario, the applicant will apply to that embassy or consulate of the country where he/she is planning to spend his/her time most. Such a country is often dubbed as or refer to by ‘main destination’.

However, if the applicant intends to stay in all countries for the same duration, then he/she will apply at the embassy or consulate of the country which he/she is planning to enter first.

Difference between Dummy Flight Reservation and Actual Flight Ticket

What is Flight Ticket?

A Flight Ticket is an airline ticket purchased by the applicant from a travel agent or an airline company. It can either be an electronic document or paper-printed document.

An actual flight ticket clearly illustrates that the itinerant has a reserved seat on an airplane for departing to the host nation.

However, all embassies and consulates recommend visa applicants not to buy an actual flight ticket before the verdict on their application is announced.

We also recommend you to buy a roundtrip flight itinerary instead of an actual flight ticket for the visa application. As in the case of the visa denial, the applicant can lose his/her hard-earned money spent on an actual flight ticket.

However, there are certain embassies and consulates which may demand an actual flight ticket along with the visa application (if the need be). They do so to make sure that the applicant actually wants to visit (Schengen Visa Itinerary) the specific destination.

Difference between Dummy Flight Reservation and Actual Flight Ticket

As discussed above, an actual flight ticket entitles its holder to travel from the home destination to the host destination. On the other hand, a flight itinerary or dummy air ticket

is merely the proposed route of the applicant’s travel. The latter is a detailed travel document whereas the former is an actual ticket detailing only your arrival and departure dates.

Besides, a dummy ticket or flight itinerary cost a trivial amount of money whereas an actual flight ticket costs a hefty amount, even ranging to 1000 USD in some case.

WHY DO YOU NEED A FLIGHT ITINERARY FOR A VISA?

Flight Reservation for Visa Application

If you're planning a trip, one of the first things you need to do is to start with the visa application. But to do that, you will be asked to present a flight reservation? Have you been wondering what that means? In most cases, embassies will ask you to show a return flight ticket to your home country to ensure that you will be going back to your home country and not intending to overstay in the destination country. However, paying for a ticket is an expensive commitment to make. Especially when you are not sure how long your visa application will take or whether your visa application will be accepted. A valid flight reservation itinerary for a visa application can be of great help to you in this situation!

WHAT DOES A FLIGHT ITINERARY FOR A VISA MEAN?

A flight reservation for a visa application refers to a reserved itinerary or a flight plan to and from the destination country you are making the visa application for. This itinerary is not an actual flight ticket, and thus, doesn't need to be paid for, except for the minimal service or processing charges to the travel agency. Once your visa is issued, you can make your travel plans and purchase your ticket or book your hotel with your preferred method.

WHY DO YOU NEED A FLIGHT ITINERARY FOR A VISA?

What happens if you bought a flight ticket while applying for a visa, and your visa application is rejected? You'll then have to cancel your ticket if it is refundable, or you might lose your money if the ticket is non-refundable. But don't worry, there is a way for you to get a flight itinerary without the risk of losing your purchased ticket due to a visa rejection. Instead of purchasing a flight ticket, consider buying a flight itinerary for a visa application, which will give you the flexibility to pay for a flight ticket once your visa is approved. Given how uncertain visa regulations have become these days, a flight itinerary for a visa application basically helps you avoid the risk of buying an actual ticket without a confirmed visa.

Flight reservation itineraries look similar to a real flight ticket, except they do not have price details on them. They come with a unique reservation ID or code. They also contain all the other information that you would typically have on an actual flight ticket – point of boarding, point of entry, travel dates, etc. All this information is mandatory when applying for a visa, so the embassy is assured of your travel plans.

Is One Way Flight Ticket Reservation Acceptable?

Keep in mind that your travel ticket must be a round trip one. The main reason embassies ask for a flight reservation is to make sure that you will not overstay your visa, and booking a one flight ticket reservation does not prove the point that you will not overstay your visa.

Something very important when you hand over your documents is that your flight itinerary should be plausible. It must be consistent with your travel dates and your activities must be arranged in a way that makes your plans credible because if not it will affect your visa application.

Caution on Making a Fake Flight Ticket Reservation!

You can find many online websites that can provide you with a fake flight reservation without a unique booking code, which are done with photoshop and look exactly like real flight tickets. They cost very little, but it is strongly suggested not to use any of these scam websites and not to make a purchase of fake travel tickets for the purpose of applying for a visa.

To avoid getting scammed when making a fake flight reservation, we suggest you go to SchengenVisaItinerary to make a flight ticket reservation without full payment!

Instead of creating a fake travel itinerary, you can use any of the options we have mentioned above because in case the embassy or consulate you are applying at finds out that the flight reservation you have submitted as a purchased ticket is fake, this will be used against you. Not only you will have your visa application denied, but this might affect the rejection of other visa application to that country or area in the future.

Which Countries Require to Submit a Round-trip Flight Itinerary when Applying for a Visa?

Some of the countries that require to submit a round-trip flight itinerary when applying to obtain a short-term visa for business or tourism purposes are Schengen visa member states, Canada, Japan, Algeria, Brazil, New Zealand, Thailand, China, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, etc.

Flight itinerary for Schengen visa

A flight itinerary provides following information

Proposed route of an airline with flight name.

         Date and time of departure/arrival.

Flight code, departure/arrival airport IATA codes (Ex: FRA, BLR, SFC) and Flight reservation/booking numbers.

A flight itinerary is different from a flight ticket in that you have not paid for your journey in full. A flight ticket is just a meta-description of your flight.

A flight itinerary: Is just a schedule of a flight that describes their plans for that day such as departure/arrival timings and information about the airport along with aircraft number. This is not that different from a flyer that you get in the movie theatres which explains movie timings.

A flight reservation: is where you make a reservation for that flight which would be valid for a week. You will NOT be buying the actual flight ticket but just make a reservation as in restaurants. If you don’t buy the actual ticket within a week, then your reservation would be cancelled. This can be easily done by the travel agents who would typically charge you 10% of the actual ticket cost.

A flight booking: is an actual ticket .You would pay the full price for the ticket and if you want to cancel the ticket in case your visa application is rejected, you would lose the entire price that you paid for the ticket. Here is what the Dutch embassy says about the reservation.

WHAT IS THE FLIGHT ITINERARY? WHY DO EMBASSIES AND CONSULATES ASK FOR IT?

Among the documents that the embassy or consulate of your country of destination in your home country of origin may ask you, for a flight itinerary.

According to the embassy, this document can be designated by different names:

            Flight itinerary

            Booking itinerary

            Flight itinerary booked

            Flight itinerary confirmed

            Booking of plane tickets

            Flight itinerary for visa application

            Flight reservation

            Flight confirmation

            Dummy Air Ticket for Visa

            Confirmed flight Reservation

            Roundtrip Flight Booking

For many, it may sound complicated or even confusing. However, all of the above means only one SAME THING.

The travel itinerary is a detailed flight plan to and from the destination country for which you wish to obtain a visa.

 This simple document contains:

            Your name,

            Airlines name and flight Number,

A valid flight reservation number or Reservation Code,

            Arrival date,

            Date of departure,

            IATA codes at the airport,

Flights details, if you plan to visit more than one country with the same visa e.g. Schengen Visa

In addition, there is no need to pay for a flight ticket other than a minimum service or processing fees to us.

After obtaining your visa, you can simply buy the ticket you have reserved or cancel it and buy others on more convenient dates, within the validity period of your visa.

Though, there are may be exceptions where embassies or consulates in some cases will require you to purchase a round-trip ticket.

WHY DO EMBASSIES AND CONSULATES ASK FOR IT?

All foreign missions in your country will not ask you for a flight itinerary, but many will do so. While this may seem insignificant to some, there are very good reasons why embassies require it.

As proof that you will not stay too long

Decide on the duration of the visa

Decide which embassy you should apply

The main reason that the embassy or consulate of your destination country asks you for proof of booking reservation is that they want to make sure that you will not exceed your visa and return to your home country before it expires. Since the flight itinerary indicates departure and arrival in your home country, this is a convincing document that you will return. This means that you have to book a return flight reservation because otherwise your booking would be meaningless.

4 EASY STEPS TO GET FLIGHT ITINERARY FOR VISA APPLICATION PURPOSES

As important as the flight itinerary is in the visa application process, most visa applicants do not realize that making a mistake here may be very expensive. To make sure that you do not suffer the cost of making a mistake in getting your flight reservation, here are the four easy steps to get a flight itinerary for visa application purposes;

1.       Go to the Schengen Flight Reservation Visa website and choose your plan under the pricing section

2.       Fill the flight reservation form

3.       Make the Payment (Charges are very rare or negligible as compared to actual flight ticket)

4.       Check the email for your booked flight confirmation

1: GO TO SCHENGEN FLIGHT RESERVATION VISA WEBSITE

As the first and most important step towards getting a valid and workable flight itinerary and reservation, you need to determine the best agency that can offer this service. There are many travel agencies that purport to provide flight reservation services for visa application but all they do is swindle unsuspecting applicants. It should be noted that embassies and consulates usually decline visa applications done using fake or improper flight reservation documents. You should be very careful that you only deal with the best and most affordable travel agencies with great reputation and understanding of the visa application processes. But why get an agency to book your flights?

It is a common thought for visa applicants that they can make flight reservations on their own. In as much as this can seem possible, it is not plausible. Airlines do not issue or provide flight reservation documents for visa application purposes. This means that despite the fact that the visa application process may take a few weeks, airlines that offer flight reservations only cover 24 or fewer hours. This duration is too short for a meaningful visa application period requirement.

On the other hand, travel agencies are able through official arrangements, to secure flight reservations extending for between two to three weeks for their clients. Through these arrangements, competent travel agencies can source for and secure a valid flight reservation for clients wishing to use the document for the purposes of applying for a visa.

In order to determine the best travel agency for flight reservation, you need to know whether the agency will provide you with a valid flight reservation code that you can verify from your airline of choice. This is a special six-digit code that you can insert in the airline’s website and check whether your flight reservation is genuine or not. In order to make sure that you have a genuine flight reservation, learn how to use your code to verify your document.

The best travel visa flight services provider should be able to guarantee the following;

        Verifiable itineraries

Affordable prices compared to others in the industry

Live customer support through secure chat, email or phone

Payment method protection (encryption) through a secured platform

        Easy to use customer interface

        Prompt and fast services delivery

2: FILL THE FLIGHT RESERVATION FORM

Simply fill this fight reservation form and when filling the flight reservation form, you should ensure that the details used on the form match with the ones that are on other documents such as your passport or ID. This means that your names should match those on your passport. Travel dates should match those on other documents such as your personal cover letter, making sure that all the information covering your travel is in agreement as possible.

While filling out the flight reservation form, you should include the following details;

Your title (Mr., Mrs. Miss, Ms. or other), and your names (first and last name).

Contact details (your email will be used to send you the flight reservation document in PDF form while your phone numbers may be used to contact you for any official reason)

A number of persons for which the flight reservation is sought. This should be at least one.

Location (point) of departure with date and time and point of arrival with date and time. Return point with date and time.

Any additional details or instructions that you would want to mention in “additional details field” such as your particular airlines or wanna schedule my order delivery on the particular date etc.

3: MAKE THE PAYMENT

Once you are through with filling out the flight reservation details, you should pay the small fee that the travel agencies will charge for this important visa application step. Visa application and travel agencies will usually charge affordable fees for their great services. This ensures that the agencies help as many applicants as possible with ease. The best travel agencies offer great discounts on their services.

4: CHECK YOUR EMAIL

Check your email for flight itinerary order confirmation, basically they will process your flight itinerary order and will send within 12-24 hours within their standard delivery time period or if you’re in hurry then you can place urgent order (placing urgent order option available in the form) once you get your flight itinerary document on your email then simply print that on paper and present it for visa application exercise among other documents required.

Make sure that the email address you provided is valid and working. The document will be in the PDF version for your document security.

This means you can spend more time exploring or relaxing and less time trying to organize yourself.

Simply put, an itinerary house all of the information you may ever need while on your trip in the same place. Here's how to get started:

First, gather all of the info you may need: flights, hotels day trip info, etc.

You can create your itinerary by hand if you must, but a digital version is easier. This way you can copy and paste hotel addresses and flight numbers without fear of reversing a number or missing part of an address or reversing a number.

Next, start filling in day-by-day with any info you may need (see below)

Once you're done adding your information, it's time to save your itinerary in a place you can easily access it. You can email it to yourself, but other good places to save it are in your Evernote, your Drop Box or even just saved as note on your smartphone.

BUT, remember that sometimes smartphones die and we don't always have access to Wi-Fi--especially when traveling. This is where the hard copy comes in.

Print a copy for yourself and store it with your boarding passes, maps or anything else you'd normally access together with flight details and hotel addresses.

If it's an especially long trip you may want to make an extra copy to leave with a trusted relative, neighbour or friend. But think carefully. Don't go handing this out to anyone you don't completely trust.

How about the best way to store your itinerary while traveling? The easiest way is to store it in a clear plastic sleeve with any accompanying documentation like receipts, boarding passes, and tickets. The itinerary always goes on top with the information listed below, followed by the accompanying documents.
